We have our own R&D team, and have more than 200 patents and certificates. The main members of R&D team were from Delta, FSP, Enhance, LITEON, the Great Wall. All products are designed by our R&D team, and the quality has been proved by our customers. Our R&D team has made complete testings for PC power supply, so that we can design the products that can meet customers'requests, like passing 80Plus and Cybenetics certificates.
There are more than 40 members in QC team, who have at least 5 years'QC experience in PC power supply. Before manufacturing, we'll arrange members to make IQC firstly, then we can test if each material is good. Under manufacturing, we arranged 2~3 QC members after each process before, so that we could check if each process is well done. Now, with the help of advanced machines(Automatic optical inspection device), we can check better and faster.
We promise to provide 1% spare for each order. About the after-sales, we have a complete procedure. Firstly, salesman needs to answer customer within 2 hours, and sends the question to the factory.
All departments should give the 8D report within 24 hours, and give a solution to this problem. All details should be confirmed with customer.
